Access to the German autobahn network is just 10 minutes away, taking you to Stuttgart in 90 minutes. A propos: public transport infrastructure is also first-class and there are regular rail services to Europe’s key cities.

Schaffhausen is a relatively small canton and that has lots of advantages: you can live in the country and pop into town (or the other way round) with ease at any time of day or night – here you will find traffic jams and rush hours practically a thing of the past. And also if you use the public transport infrastructure, you can get to every community by train or bus smoothly and easily. Buses run from the city centre to outlying areas and to Neuhausen am Rheinfall every 10 minutes and you can lock up your bike at our modern bike station at the railway station.
